Our state-of-art design apply Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM)of DuPont™ to our hydrogen-production core as solid electrolyte, together with membrane electrode assembly, the core electrolyzes distilled water (H2O) to only pure H2 and O2, and could be understood as the reverse reaction of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC).

Distilled water is the only acceptable ingredient for machine, and it ensures the highest purity of H2 gas.

We apply Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM)of DuPont™ to our hydrogen-production core as solid electrolyte and distilled water as ingredient , and it produces very pure hydrogen gas of 99.995% purity(SGS Certified). On the other hand, traditional electrolysis use plain water as ingredient or add liquid electrolyte such as NaOH in order to facilitates electric conduction, but also along with byproduct such as Cl2 or O3 which is harmful to health.

The main reaction of water electrolysis is very few hydrogen gas, but with two side reactions – chlorine and ozone, which are harmful to health. In order to increase the volume of hydrogen, some companies add NaOH or KOH diluent to facilitates electric conduction, but those chemicals are volatile and depress the purity of hydrogen dramatically.

Reroute O2 and H2 means safety

Oxygen facilitates hydrogen ignition. Hydrogen produced by traditional water electrolysis could not be completely separated from the oxygen, therefore the possibilities of ignition or even explosion exist.

We apply Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM)of DuPont™ to our hydrogen-production core, (Proton Exchange Membranes + membrane electrode assembly), which is made up of fluoropolymer. It has great  air impermeability to completely separate hydrogen from oxygen which is produced from anode. The design is to Reroute O2 and H2 and allow our clients to inhale H2 safely.

We provide our clients H2 with purity of 99.995%. Simply connect nasal cannula and you could start inhaling H2 directly and your body will be full of hydrogen molecule in a short time.
